Refund policy

Returns excepted for 14 days after package is delivered. We cannot guarantee an exchange as inventory is not always on hand.

 DAMAGES/ ORDER ISSUE

• We have a 14 day period after the item has been delivered for the customer to reach out if product was damaged/ wrong size. Please provide us with your name and order number and we will issue a refund or replacement if possible.
  
• To start a return please contact us at hello@girlsgirlstudio.com. 
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Customers are responsible for purchasing their return label.
